Game crashing after Rebirth.. ticket ID:251

Hi,

I took rebirth 2 this noon and after rebirth whenever i am logging into my character crusherspike the game crashes immediately. I am guessing this is happenning due to mercenary and set/weapon is equipped during rebirth.. please resolve this issue asap.

PS: i can log into my other characters without any problem.. so the issue is with only that char only. Unequipping set/weapon/merc might solve the problem.. but i am not being able to do that myself.. the game crashes as soon as i select the char..

cm thru another char, and thn chk ur auto pot opts (f5, auto 2), close all of thm, u shud b able to log in after tht, and the prob is nt bcoz of merc/set/shue etc.
