some noob questions

all right now this time question on mercenary i just bought a hk mercenary but wht exactly are the mechanics of mercenay getting exp is it shared like in a party or something completely diff like shue???
and also i like doing mobs so wht setting shld i keep my merc on???
+since i like 2 mob any advise on which skills for my merc i shld go for first???

for hk merc, go for evasion first, thn magic evasion and thn crit evasion, after tht it doesnt matter a lot, tho I'd suggest defence mastery, robust and attack mastery. If ur mobbing, best to keep ur merc on do not attack mode, so it doesnt stop the creatures frm following u.
merc gets half the exp which we get in submitting quests (I think so), and they got more exp frm creatures whn they kill the creatures themselves, whn u kill or sm1 in ur party kills, it gets sm % (dunno hw much)

I am also not sure abt this, may be the GM can help us out in this question ^^ . I have debated this with a lot off pple and all have given me various answers.

I dnt think u gt less exp wid merc on, I hv checked it many times on same creatures @ same lvl wid merc on/off, the exp was always d same, I believe merc gets xtra xp whn its on, which only he gets and doesnt affect the amount of exp v r getting,
Tho GM answer wud b better

hey on my way to my first rb for my merc and myself i want a little help on stats distribution in the guide given in the forums it says
"Guys now on taking rb1 u wil get 300+(6*150)=1200 stats points at lvl 150.
The below stated distribution should be done till lvl 150.
Once you are 150 u can go and collect stuffs for yur rb.

For mages
Dex=600, int=300,hp=200,mp=100"


somehow this dosnt seem logical dont i need 500 int for g7 set i m an elemental mage can any1 suggest me wht kind of stats ditribution i shld go for???shld i keep going the 5-1 on odd and 4-2 on even even after rb ???or is thr a better stats distribution technique after rb

just device a way for urself, thts d best part.
tho make sure ur hp bar is enuf to tank 1 shot of cynic, and also wear a g8 set rather than g7.

I cant use a Elemental Skills, why?
i must have a A other weapon type to use?

to use a elemental skill, put ruby,topaz and sapphire in ur staff, and u cant wear ss if its higher lvl than u
