Dear GMs,

I took RB 7 at lvl 160 but I took the RB without logging out of the game. I know that it is a serious mistake on my part but I desperately need your help. My ACP shows im RB7 but ingame I'm RB 7 160 without any points. Please help.

I think the Issue is Solved. You should read the Instructions first. We have clearly mentioned in the ACP that you need to keep your character offline while taking Rebirths.
