Archers pls comments

Guyz,

As u all know I have an archer char but since I dont any idea abt the same so just required ur help in built so wht will be te best built for an archer I m rb11 161 but i need the built for 165 rb11
WHt shud be the dex, n bar I will putting max point in attk.

And need help in merc too.

I have any issue with mercy I cant remove pts frm mercy bar its give error if any1 can help me out in this too.
