Description and Message

My ticket # 1242

I recently bought an HP Pavilion Notebook with windows 7 and downloaded the game today. I have played this game previously in windows XP. However am unable to log into the game wenever i click connect, I am not sure what I have to do to resolve this issue but am really looking for to resuming playing this game.

Please take me through each step as to how I need to install this game on windows 7.

As of now I have downloaded and installed the 822 MB client. But I've been having trouble starting the game. As soon as I press a3launcher and it goes to advertisement screen and I press connect, nothing happens, game just wont start, no login screen, nothing happens.

Please do let me know on this issue on a priority basis.

Check if you have A3Client.exe in the game folder. Often some Antiviruses delete that client because it detects it as a Virus.

Well dont hav much idea coz ur problem is kinda neu.I guess no one has previously questioned the client compatibility with WIN7.May ur OS is'nt supporting mania.
Advice : Switch to an XP or VISTA.Also you can DUAL without removing the Win7.

The game runs fine in Windows 7.

Initially had some resolution probs but after a few tweaks it got solved....

I tried it on Windows 7 32 bit OS. It works.
