Numenor added the thanks option for posts. It is similar to that. I will configure it for all forums and section. You can use it.
Moreover you can give reputations for good posts and give negative reps for rubbish posts.

Enabled for all forums. You can see the thanks option/button/icon near the quote button of the particular post.
You can also remove the thanks if you want by reusing the button.
