By closing the ticket, your depriving yourself from the truth. Please justify your comments.
People here, wishes to know more about your sarcasm. I need justification!!! Not being harsh, but try to be more diplomatic.
Its shameful if we cant reply on the thing which we believe is correct. Please justify!!! Don't close topic.

You are not going yo get your dropped item back. We have denied request for many dropped item earlier. People have dropped RN too which was an eshop item still we did not return.

SO stop making requests again and again. However, fuss u make, IT WILL NOT BE RETURNED.

I have been kind all the while here, I have never disrespected anyones belief or tried to harm anyones feelings. Moreover, being just a ordinary player, I have tried to remain wise all the way. I believe, you should do the same.
Your comments would leave fatal blows in the system. Please be kind to everyone and try to respect each others feelings.
People have started to gaze upon this post ever since its open. Whatever comments you write would be mediated. I therefore, with kind respect, advice you not to jump on conclusions.
As far as item droppings is concerned. "Exceptions have been added to the clause irrationally, prejudicial decisions have been taken. Righteous have been deprived off".
If in the world of freedom and democracy if we see a stance of such manner, it would be utter shameful for naked eyes to digest.

We need justification behind your statement, not dictatorial judgement.

It is game feature that you dropped your item. Not a game bug. If it would have been a game bug, we would have returned it. Moreover, your items might have been picked by someone else. According to what rule, can we take the item from him and give it to you? He deserves to keep the item as he legitimately picked the item ingame.
AND we are not going to show you any favors by giving you a new item. So you best bet is to find the person who picked it up (unlikely u will) and get it or buy it back from him.

And moreover :

No one has got dropped item back. Let me know here in this topic if you have found anyone or anyone who claims that he got his item back from the GMs on dropping it ingame.

And stop giving freedom and democracy speeches please. A3 Mania is not real world, it is a virtual world bound by ingame rules and settings. Learn to digest this fact. Nothing harsh in it. Simply a fact.

@ GMs, You have been repeating in all your posts that whoever lost their items by the same way is going to have no chance in getting back the item. You also referred to previous issues more than once. This forum is meant for everyone to see about your views too. WE are also not being dumb here in anyway because what we proposed is in no way a senseless issue. We are trying to indicate the fault in your rules. As you guys have been consistent in your reply that no previous guy has got his item back, its not our fault that they did not point an issue about the rule that exist in server now.
Locking a post by a GM without providing a valid comment to a player's reply is in no means a sensible way of disclosing the issue. As Tzar has posted before, whatever actions are performed by the GMs will leave a fatal blow to the system and hence please do not resort to means of showing your forum power in locking posts without providing a valid reply. We have been kind and have been staying in line and have not broken rules anywhere. So I do not think locking the previous topic was a nice idea. We do need justification and also everyone who is looking onto this topic.
We do read rules. So please do not refrain away from topic telling that we do not know the rules. We are pointing out the fault in the existing rule and if you guys close the ticket without providing a valid statement to neglect the fault, then there is no point in saying " Every player is free to express his views about server, all issues will be handled by GMs, players suggestions is most important." As everyone can see the GMs have announced in forum in his earlier post(in our earlier topic) that he does not need any suggestion from player. A ordinary player like me have no words now. Just hope that all players will read all these statements.

AND ONE MORE IMPORTANT THING : 6. When facing server lags/crashes or any discontent in event on-goings, do not shout or complain in the game servers. GMs will ignore such immature shouts made in-game. Players are advised to email us at [email protected] or post in forums to give us your feedbacks, request or suggestions, while remaining calm to give GMs the time to focus on the issues at hand.
GM please read rules. Do not tell that you do not need our suggestions. This is in regard to the previous post made by GM, as it is locked now for no reason.

GM Blade posted in our previous topic that they do return stuff(dropped accidentally on floor, not on death) after investigation and aftermath. I was pmed and told by a guy(not saying name because of private discretion) that he was playing with his e- shop stuff and he dropped it near some place and other guy took it. How come it is now not the other guy's possession?
The rules are subject to change anytime( this rule is also in the rule section).If a rule proposed by GM is wrong, then they will change it. So there is no need to say you cant answer to any1 who asks about the rules?? Why not change it and tell that the rule we had before had an issue with it. From now on, aftermath and investigation will be done for items dropped on death.

AS the topic has reached this far and GMs were consistent in their replies, locking topics and not providing valid replies, I would like to tell one more thing. I am revealing this only because I want to know every one playing this server that everything is not according to rules. I am not revealing the GMs name and the player name. No action can be took against that GM. So I am not telling, but if forced , I can reveal it to prove it.

I hope everyone knows about event conducted wherein the players have to reply via shouts and the GM will select the player( who answers first)and give him godmode and take him to kill ranias. The player I know revealed to me that GM _________ (being the player's friend and knowing him personally) told him the answer 1st and then asked the question. The player so typed the answer and kept and as soon as GM asked, he shouted it.
I am not leaving any comments upon this issue. Let the people who see leave their comments. If the GMs name and player name is to be revealed, it might create big problems. Still if it needs to be known I will post in forum, upon request from GM. And please do see to it that you will take action against GM and player.(Not only player, both GM and player).

It is a known fact that we do feel dishearted when we lose something valueable. And e-shop stuff is valuable. I dont hav much info abt the issue but knowing a little i strongly advise the GMs to revise all their rules and give a final statement to what they conclude. We have seen a lot of changes in the last one and a half year and this is what is creating the problems. Decisions taken in the past are being referred for the neu ones'. Neither of the two viz. GM and players can be criticized since both seem to be correct with their referances.
Also it is extreamly important to be highly alert while dealing. Why is there a need to show-off dropping the items on ground. This is not to refer with the current problem. But i have seen many doing this and when they lagg or get DC they ask support of GM.

Therefore i wud suggest the GMs to revise the rules and implement them HARDCORE without even thinking of making exceptions.

Dig up previous posts in the forum. There are posts dating from August 2008. Just link back any single post in which a person got back his dropped item, I would give you a new item that you lost.
