Slow hit rate

Hi
I started today and am lovin' it
But there is this problem. I hv 1Mbps broadband and started hk and his hit rate on creeps is very slow. So i get about 1 hit on a creep in 2 secs. Like, 1 hit...1,2...then 2nd hit comes. This problem occurs in other server if i connect with a dial-up connection but with broadband its fine and smooth. But why this problem here even with broadband??? Please help!

This problem occurs only due to ISP. Due to high latency and ping from ur ISP.

I request the GM's to pls provide us with ip of server so we can ping nd check what is the actual problem for slow hit rates.

Ping is to check the time taken by packet to reach destinatio nd come back to ur pc.
For proper functioning the ping shld be less than 200ms or max 200ms. Ping of 100ms to 150 is better nd if it is more than 200 then you will lose data packets nd hence lag.
And tracert tells path covered by signal frm ur pc to the destination. It tells u all hops travelled by data packets.
If you get large jumps in path then you are likely to lag.
For example if the server is in england but the signal first go to austrelia nd then hop to back to england then you might lag. So check ur ping nd trace route report nd chk if problem is frm ur ip or frm server side.

Click start-> run
and type following

for ping type ping server ip -t
for trace route report type tracert server ip
