About uniq kit

I jst wanted to knw few things from GMS

1)Why cant we add any options in uniq kits(like bless and AD)
2)Why cant we reload it
3)Why the options nt working properly over the players(decreases inflected damage by 5%)
4)what are the max options in the uniq kits
