Id got hacked

Dear GM ,
My ID got hacked by sm1 ...But dnt knw exactly how it happend . I dnt even share my account to any1 .. Still i have sme doubts..I used that a3 clicker which was there on forums or the cafe which i used to play may have used keyloggers in their pc ..These may be way they hacked my id ..I purchased above 10k worth items frm eshop in that id itself..Also , the email i used for the a3 mania id also got hacked ..None else hacked .. Only my a3 mania id and my the email i used in though ... Kindly Gms help me get my id and stuffs bak ..

Hey Sandeep, did you shared your email ID and your login ID wid any1?? Not password just ID's.. coz there is tool through which they can hack ur account.

And cant you go for forgot password for your mail ID or you forgot ur secret answer??

Have you opened a Supoport ticket for the same??? Create a topic in Ingame Issue/ Question to GM's am sure they will look into this matter. All the Best

Dude... ive opened a ticket since 4 days or 5 days..no reply from the gms...Eros got hacked ... arrnir and sunitz WOOSH! .... sadshit man...till now the hacker might hav sold all the items and then in the end im gonna listen to just one reply... we cannot return ur items since they hav been dealt for ingame wz or other stuffs .. !

its really sad... im waiting for the gms to reply ...thats the last hope ive got... dat is wat i meant when i posted in jax's thread that im gonna leave server soon.. !

If the Gms refuse to help on this...i dont hav the guts to make 2 lvl 15 uniques ingame again ..> !

it doesnt matter... for them every player is equal..but i hope they help me coz..i dont share my ID or pass n i dont login from cafes.. i hav not been keylogged ..... this is simple hacking ...dats y ... If they can point out one serious mistake i did..i thnk then its fair on their part in refusing me my items..but still..either way..if i dont get the items..G_G !

Its sad to hear even you have been hacked
When the matter comes on sharing ID Most people in this server share their and even get hacked I also share my id but to the people who live near by me like Roshan and Ketan and so whenever point comes on hacking I have said that whenever i need stuffs from my char i will call you and then give me my stuffs and i frequently change my pass
to avoid hacking and bla bla bla
But wait for Gm's to reply and think they will surely help
And when the point comes of leaving the game everyone got a personal life outside the game so some or other time
players leave like for studying and sometime for GF also LOL.
