I believe he has taken a screenshot of the website, then simply used the "text" command line from Ms Paint or any other image drawer software. I dont think there is much to do with Firebug.

P.S- Firebug is amazing though!! I am big fan of it

@ luna - yeah u can. windows 7 and windows vista have a application called Sniping tool, it allows you to take instant photos of ur computer ( for example i can take a photo of this message. ). this allows you to save the photos as JPEG, BMP, etc etc types, which can be edited by Photoshop. thats wat i use.

or u can just press printscreen button and paste it in pain and save in bitmap jpeg etc etc... y do u need the sniping tool...

For Mac Users
if you like to crop a image or text, you can just press Shift + cmd + 4 .
It allows you to crop any image of sort.
