I am nt taking thr side, I knw this server since it was new. Game masters are dedicated 2 the server, thts wat i can guess, its just these days they are busy. So have patience.

I am just correcting things up, i am a player just like u, i have also invested RC. i know wat you all are going through. And believe me I am going thru wid the same thing. Its just that when i see posts of eshop from fellow players my impatience starts rising also

Its called Exclusion clause.
Exclusion Clause for a company that doesn't exist. You showing a clause written in the terms and conditions guideline, what about the money intakes the company has been going through from several years? What about the records of transactions made by the company which i believe its not accounted?? Do you have a record of that? Well, if you taking money in as a donation, you still need to register the firm as a charitable organization(Non-profit organization).
I did mention over there, "IF YOU HAVE MADE THE PAYMENT ONLINE" . Paypal gives me all the right to file a case for misconduct.
