Reward for rb

Hi
Once i got my Rebirth i tried getting my reward from the guard, but i was in Hatrel so tried taking the reward from him. but nothing was happening.
I came bak to temoz and checked here and the guard says the reward has already been taken.
Please help Gm, this was the first time and i was unware of this fact.
My charcter is Isomteric and you can also check in ur database too that ive not collected the reward please do something reqarding this..
