Firstly Download the correct Updater for your OS, i.e 32bit or 64 bit.

How to Check whether your OS is 32bit or 64 bit?

1. Click Start, then click on Run or Start Search.
2. Type msinfo32.exe and then press Enter key.
3. In “System Information”, review the value for the System Type item:

* For 32-bit editions of Windows, the value of the System Type item is x86-based PC.
* For 64-bit editions of Windows, the value of the System Type item is x64-based PC.

Once you have correct Updater, Start the Updater.
If it do not start updating within 15-20 second or 1 minute max, then do following.

1. Check if you have .net framework installed. You need .Net Framework 3 or higher version for the updater to work properly. So it is better to install the latest .net framework.

How to check the .Net framework Installed on your machine?

Download the attachment, it will check the version of dot net framework installed on your machine.

Still if the updater do not start updating then use the 2nd method.

2 Start the updater. When updater window open up, click on cancel.
Now Click on "Full Check" and most probably the updater will Start updating this time.


Last but not least, make sure that server is up, if server is down then no method will work.
To make sure if server is up do following.

Click Start-> Run
type " ping acp.a3mania.com -t "

If you get reply that mean server is up.
