Bugged Magic Evasion?

Hello everyone.. i just logged in mania few days back.. was away for 6 months or so.. i wanted to post this topic before as well.. bt never got time .. so am posting it today.. now everyone knows if ur 1-160 how many zeros u give on an aura char.. even if he is aura 1.. zeros i mean is like zeros in physical damage.. because level difference gives the high lvl char way more evasions to low lvl char.. and that is how it should be .. but now u see the case of 160 lvl chars.. even they give loadz of zeros to aura 5 chars when attacking physically.. bt a 160 lvl hk hardly misses any razz even on aura 5 char(u can say like he can razz u 9 outta 10).. isnt it weird.. why is the magical evasion bugged in such a way when physical evasion works perfectly..this was not a case in a3india as i remember it.. u used to miss too many razzes on even aura 1... i just thought its worth looking into it for GMs if this is a bug.. if it isnt.. i would appreciate a better explanation to above phenomenon.. adios

Well...after reading the post, it seems the magic evasion of a char only depends on pants+merc(psp).
I mean if an a5 char is roaming wid a g9 kit wid 35% magic evasion and a 160lvl char wearing a g10 kit wid 35%+ accuracy...then can he buff or razz the a5 char?
Itz not a major issue...but it shud get updated if there is any bug out there...the reason behind it is (acc to me) when opposite town non-aura hks cm to buff us, they nvr a miss a dam! Hence, tht creates frustration to the aura char as tht hk is on dex!
Itz jst a suggestion..
