Exp on Saturdays

I've noticed that during Saturdays the experience of the server is reduced, going back to normal on Sunday at 12am. Is is correct?

As some players can only play on weekends, the exp could be set to normal (or increased ) during this time.

There is nothing of that sort. We often increase the EXP, but we don't reduce the EXP.
