GMs please help ....can't buy items from eshop

hello GMs,

i deposited some money into ur a/c for eshop items and i thank you very much for adding the credit to my a/c ...

now when i finish selecting the items from the catalogue and then click on proceed to checkout...there is a message displayed that "There are no active characters in your account"....

i have disconnected my char and then tried to buy the stuffs but nothing happens...

can u please tell me what is the problem and how i can fix this ???

Please note that you will require atleast one level 100 Character in your account to purchase any items.

my char lvl was below 100....had just done RB
