When will RB12 be implemented???

Can u plz tell us when will rb12 be implemented ?... its been quite a long time since we hve been hearing about it getting implemented.. as far as i remember SCAR said tat it will be implemented on the new year eve i.e 1st Jan 2009, the first time he said he will implement it... i know tat implementing new things require hard work and i even appreciate it but its been now more than a month now... hoping to c ir getting implemented fast... and also tat GMs reply to the post...ty... again no offences or hard feelings...its just tat many of us are eager to take rb12... and even ready wid the rb12 items and lvl....
