Excavator has been disable

My char excavator has been disable by you without any reason . I dont know the actually reason of banning me.. kindly please enable my char .. Its a humble request to you.. please Unbann my char as soon as possible . please reply to my post . And i make sure whatever may be the reason ..that mistake will not followed by me next tym....

Sir... Before posting to the forums i have already mail to support 3 times ..since i have not get any reply ..thats y i post to forums.. please sir look over it.. It take very hard time to build my char .. since the char is been disable.. I cannot able to play the game .. please check the mail in gmail ..that i have send u .. Thank you
