Resolution Issue

Hi GM<,

I update my system, with new client. Also, Did cleared cache before downloading new client (by reading earlier posts).

But, I am still getting an error.

Also, Tried different resolutions too.

But, same thing.

Hey,

which device you are using? And what Client shows about your screen resolution?

Mine says 1536 x 864

But Nvidia Graphic shows 1920 x 1080 & so as Device screen

Looks like you have an outdated DirectX runtime installed. Download and install the latest one from the link below.

Dear GM's / friends ,

I am facing this issue since yesterday morning after new update.
Until day before yesterday I was able to minimize the game go afk and do work side by side. But since yesterday morning I am not able to do such. Whenever I minimize game, it gets shut.

Please help me with it guys. I am new here so I don't know how to get new topic or raise ticket.

I'm still getting a blank screen
all the settings I did as per your screenshots
