Dear Maniacs,

A few months ago, we encountered a datacenter issue that accidentally triggered the fire safety systems, causing substantial water damage to our servers. While we managed to salvage some hardware, the functioning servers faced sporadic issues due to moisture exposure. To manage our limited server capacity, we implemented an inactivity policy to reduce the data load, archiving old, inactive accounts and prioritizing active ones on the live servers.

After months of effort, we have successfully stabilized our hardware and improved server capacity. In celebration of A3 Mania's 16th anniversary, we are happy to announce that all inactivity-locked accounts will be reinstated.

To reactivate your account, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject: "Activate Account: [User ID]". In the body of the email, include your character name, rebirth status, and last login date. Please note that the process is automatic and it will trigger only if you send a mail from the respective Alternate Email ID pertaining to the account.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your account to be reactivated.

As a goodwill gesture for A3 Mania's anniversary, we will also be reviewing banned accounts. Depending on the reason for the ban, certain limitations may apply upon reactivation.
