E-Shop, cant find a clue how to us it?

I know this question must be asked before, cuz I dont see any FAQ's or a simple button, click "donation" etc but I read a few post where people are asking same questions, how to buy items from e-shop. I tried to start a support ticket but it wont let me, its asking me to login, when one page before that I logged into ACP, then I tried logging into ACP again and clicked support ticket, and it just keeps asking me to login AGAIN..If a GM would be kind enough to tell me where to donate, I already have a paypal account etc but things arent looking as simple as clicking a button here

Moreover, I checked this topic, on how to obtain 15mil wz in game "http://forum.a3mania.com/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=4" but when I login to ACP, its says Gift:Not activated, I click that, and it says not appropriate lvl or something around those lines, I am lvl 22 now. What am I missing or doing wrong here? A little assistance please GMs?

Yea Mate I am in game now! Already lvl 22, but I have stopped lvling, till I purchase some items from e-shop. Waiting on GMs reply, I have to start a support ticket, when the system keeps asking me to login, while I have already logged in several times. Anywayz, hope to see you in game bro, my IGN is Eros

zzzz m nt able to get the result..after pressing connect...who other guys able to login man?????i mean exctly what procedure u foolowed to login can u tell me???so that i will do the same....

Ok, use the manual patch, first copy all files from data folder of manual patch and paste them into data folder of game folder, then copy rest of the files from manual patch and paste them into main game folder. Overwrite all existing files with the ones you paste from manual patch. Thats how I did it, and I am in game

dude open the zip of the manual patch and
1 BY 1 drag them to your root folder, that what i did
tried like 3 timeas each and no result but after
draging 1 by 1 i could log in

and btw when it ask replace put Yes
