Please wait for GM to reply to ur ticket. After he replies to ur ticket, pm him ingame, if he is offline then send an 5k msg. When he comes online he will pm u and u will receive ur grahsat.

Just be little patient please, our Gm's are currently very busy with this new server thing and i heard its causing a lot of issues, hence that is their first priority for them now. As soon as it is done i am sure u will get ur item in no time at all.

yeah until server is fixed its no use even if u get ur Ghrasat.. u wont be able to use it anyway
