Why has support ticket 177 dissapeared.

Hi Scar,

I am wondering why my support ticket 177 which wasn't even resolved has disappeared from tickets, now I have no tickets open. I made my first payment for e-shop items on 25th, followed by another cumulative payment on 27th and still waiting on items, and now the ticket regarding it has vanished. I was told not to post here, but tell me this, if you paid in cash over 15,000 RS for me over $300, wouldn't you be impatient on whats going on. I understand you have been really busy with setting up server and you had more on your plate then ever. But a simple date or time of when I can expect to receive items or something along those terms will really help.

I cant talk about tickets here but if my ticket just disappears, I cant access Vip section of forums, and I get 1-2 replies in-game through 5kmsg without any certainty when I can get my items, wouldnt you be frustrated too. I understand its a game, but it should be taken in due consideration that people are spending real cash and should be valued accordingly.

PS: It would be a donation if I paid you to keep the money and didnt ask anything in return.I support the server, but I didnt make donation rather I made a payment towards things I purchased that I havent received.

Dont get impatient. If you go look around you will see GMs are busy in the server shifting. We are not automated machines which can handle many things at the same time. Have some patience. You will get reply frm concerned people. Making these kind of posts is not going to help anyone.

And make another support ticket if previous one is closed, it is not a big deal.
