Welcome Newbie

knowing the level of item is very easy. When u keep the cursor over an item it will show the information about that item like its name, level, requirements to wear it, options in that item etc. The item have to be in your inventory, store or worn by u.

To know the grade of item u will have to learn the names nd looks of the items. U can check at main website or download the file i had upload in game related guide section. Each grade item have different name nd looks. So u can either know the grade by name of item or by its looks.
