RB Issue Need Help GM's

Hi All,
I need one info yesterday I took rb9 I crafted all items which was required I logoff my char and did my rb9 but wht was amazing about this was I didnt loss my lvl which was 158 and I didnt recieve any stats points too

But the thing is I did rb9 and its show me on ACP but if I completed rb9 successful thn y didnt my lvl was 1 and how come I didnt get any stats points too

If any1 have any idea pls enlighten me pls...........
